Overview

Seeking a Midlevel Associate to join a Corporate M&A team.
Requires 3-5 years of Corporate M&A experience; private equity transaction experience is preferred.
Core responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating M&A transaction documents (e.g., merger, stock, asset purchase, letters of intent), partnership agreements, joint ventures, and LLC operating agreements.
Manage and close M&A and related transactions, conduct legal due diligence, and advise clients on general corporate and business matters.
Experience with representation and warranty insurance underwriting and related issues is a key qualification.
Positions are available in Boston, Charleston, Charlotte, Miami, Nashville, Pittsburgh, Portland, Raleigh, or Seattle, with hybrid/remote work opportunities.
Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to client service, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The role offers active mentorship and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
Base compensation ranges from $205,000 to $340,000 annually, determined by prior experience, expertise, and market factors.
