Overview

Seeking a midlevel Restructuring and Insolvency Associate.
Position is available in the Charlotte, Portland, or Seattle office.
Requires 3-5 years of experience as a bankruptcy judicial law clerk or as a practicing commercial bankruptcy lawyer.
Experience must include representing debtors and/or creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, state law insolvency proceedings, and out-of-court restructurings.
Preferred experience includes avoidable transfer litigation and asset sales.
California bar admission is preferred, but not required.
Candidates must demonstrate strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, self-starter initiative, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Base compensation ranges from $210,000 to $340,000 annually, with eligibility for additional bonuses.
