Overview

Midlevel Restructuring and Insolvency Associate position available in Charlotte, Portland, or Seattle.
Requires 3-5 years of experience, preferably as a bankruptcy judicial law clerk and/or as a practicing commercial bankruptcy lawyer.
Must have experience representing debtors and/or creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, state law insolvency proceedings, and out-of-court restructurings.
Experience with avoidable transfer litigation and asset sales is preferred.
California bar admission is preferred but not required.
Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Base compensation ranges from $210,000 to $340,000 annually, with the final salary determined by prior experience, relevant expertise, business needs, and market factors.
Hybrid and remote work opportunities are available.
