This role is for a Junior to Midlevel Restructuring and Insolvency Associate.
The position is based in the Newark office.
Requires 2-5 years of experience.
Experience must include work as a bankruptcy judicial law clerk and/or as a practicing bankruptcy attorney.
The role involves representing secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court restructurings.
Specific experience with franchisors and representing financial institutions in debtor/creditor relations is desired.
Base salary ranges from $200,000 to $240,000 annually, with eligibility for bonuses.
Key qualifications include strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality client service.
Candidates must be self-starters, able to work independently and as part of a team.
