The firm is seeking a Counsel for its Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice.
Candidates should have 8 or more years of experience in employee benefits law.
Core practice focus includes advising on health & welfare benefit plans, such as medical, disability, life, flexible spending accounts, health reimbursement arrangements, cafeteria plans, health savings accounts, and fringe benefit plans.
Substantial experience advising clients on employee benefits matters in M&A transactions is required.
Experience providing general counseling on employee benefits issues is also essential.
Work location options are New York, Washington, DC, or a fully remote setup for qualified candidates.
A part-time or reduced hours schedule can be considered.
Required qualifications include excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills, and proven teamwork abilities.
The estimated salary range for this role is $300,000 to $450,000.
