Overview

Staff Attorney position within the Financial Markets Litigation and Enforcement group, based in the Chicago office.
Work for a global Am Law 100 law firm specializing in financial markets.
Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial markets litigation, regulatory enforcement, or compliance.
Handle a variety of financial services matters, including regulatory advice and disputes.
Assist with private litigation and enforcement cases involving the CFTC, SEC, FINRA, and securities/derivatives exchanges.
Prepare application materials and documentation for clients seeking registration with the CFTC, SEC, and their self-regulatory organizations.
Potential involvement in related antitrust and white-collar criminal matters as needed.
Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
An Illinois bar license is required, or eligibility for admission by waiver.
This position is not on a partnership track.
The estimated salary range for this role is $150,000 - $250,000.
