Position available in Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, or Washington, DC.
Requires 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in private credit/finance.
Experience should be from a nationally recognized law firm or similar relevant legal setting.
Must have demonstrated lending experience.
Required transaction experience includes cash flow deals, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations.
Borrower-side exposure, asset-based financings, restructurings, and workouts are beneficial.
Estimated annual salary range: $225,000 - $420,000.
