Available in Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, or New York.
Requires 4-6 years of law firm experience.
Focus is on representing secured lenders and/or other creditors.
Experience needed in bankruptcy proceedings, including DIP financing, cash collateral use, plans of reorganization, and asset dispositions.
Requires experience with out-of-court workouts, restructurings, foreclosures, asset dispositions, liability management transactions, and assignments for the benefit of creditors.
Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
The estimated annual salary range is $225,000 - $420,000.
Actual salary will be determined based on factors such as class year, job history, and specific practice area experience.
