Overview

Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP is seeking an Employee Benefits Counsel for its Employee Benefits & Tax Team.
Requires a minimum of 8 years of employee benefits experience, preferably from a mid-large law firm.
Primary focus on advising clients regarding Health & Welfare plans.
Expertise in compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and the Affordable Care Act (ACA) is essential.
Experience reviewing third-party administrator and other vendor agreements is required.
Ability to advise clients on HIPAA privacy issues.
An LLM in Employee Benefits is preferred.
Position is available in Atlanta, DC, New York, Raleigh, or Winston-Salem offices.
Remote or hybrid work options are available for candidates admitted to the Bar in a state where KTS has an office.
