Overview

Seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney for offices in Charlotte, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, Raleigh, San Diego, San Francisco, or Winston-Salem. Remote work considered for candidates barred and residing in a state where the firm does business.
Requires 8+ years of complex commercial litigation experience.
Must have significant experience representing financial institutions, servicers, or lenders.
Focus on commercial real estate litigation, secured creditor remedies, and loan servicing disputes.
Lead and manage litigation teams in federal and state courts across the U.S.
Represent lenders in distressed commercial real estate loan matters, including workouts, foreclosures, receiverships, and commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) disputes.
Defend financial institutions against lender liability claims, such as breach of contract or fraud.
Handle contested bankruptcy matters, Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) sales, and mezzanine loan enforcement actions.
Litigate complex business disputes, commercial lease matters, and title insurance claims (e.g., fraudulent deeds, lien priority).
Represent clients in arbitration proceedings, including before the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Salary range: $295,000 - $315,000.
