Overview

Seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with 8+ years of complex commercial litigation experience.
Must have an active bar admission in the state of the office location or ability to obtain promptly. Remote candidates must be barred in and live in a state where the firm does business.
Key focus is representing financial institutions, servicers, and lenders in commercial real estate litigation, loan servicing disputes, and secured creditor remedies.
Manage matters including workouts, foreclosures, receiverships, distressed commercial real estate, commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), contested bankruptcy, UCC sales, and mezzanine loan enforcement.
Defend financial institutions against lender liability claims such as breach of contract, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty.
Handle complex business disputes (e.g., contracts, franchise, shareholder), commercial lease litigation (e.g., evictions, ground lease disputes), and title insurance claims (e.g., fraudulent deeds, lien priority).
Significant experience managing cases independently and leading litigation teams in both federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings.
Positions are available in Charlotte, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, Raleigh, San Diego, San Francisco, and Winston-Salem.
The expected salary range for this role is $295,000 to $315,000.
