Additional responsibilities cover contested bankruptcy matters, UCC sales, mezzanine loan enforcement, lender liability defense, and general complex business disputes (e.g., contracts, franchise, shareholder).
Experience with CMBS and title insurance litigation, as well as commercial lease disputes for both landlords and tenants, is required.
The position involves representing clients in federal and state courts nationwide, along with arbitration proceedings (e.g., American Arbitration Association).
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to independently manage cases and lead litigation teams effectively.
Required qualifications include a J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in the state of the office location (or ability to obtain promptly).
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and client management skills are essential, alongside excellent written and oral advocacy.
This position is available in Charlotte, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, Raleigh, San Diego, San Francisco, and Winston-Salem. Remote candidates will be considered if barred in and residing in a state where the firm operates.
The expected salary range for this role is $295,000 to $315,000, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
