Responsibilities include representing clients in California employment litigation, covering single plaintiff and class/collective actions for discrimination, wage and hour, and harassment disputes in state and federal courts.
Provide counseling to clients on compliance with federal and California employment laws.
Assist in drafting employment-related policies and procedures.
Required qualifications include strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication skills, and active California bar admission.
The anticipated full-time annualized salary range is $310,000 to $420,000+, with the final offer contingent on relevant experience, job location, and other factors.
