This is a Business Litigation Paralegal role based in the Atlanta office.
You will support Business Litigation attorneys throughout the litigation process, from discovery through trial.
Core responsibilities include managing electronic document productions using database management software like Relativity, conducting detailed document reviews for responsiveness and privilege, and preparing court filings (including e-filing, exhibit preparation, and cite checking).
Extensive experience preparing for and attending onsite trials and arbitration proceedings is required, including managing documents, exhibits, and spreadsheets.
You will need a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience.
Key skills required include strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, effective communication, and the capacity to manage multiple matters simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Acrobat is expected.
The role requires flexibility to work overtime, including some weekends and holidays, often with little advance notice.
