The role offers early, meaningful responsibility on leanly staffed trial teams, handling significant individual, multidistrict, mass tort, and class action matters for product manufacturers across a broad range of industries and in challenging jurisdictions for corporate clients.
Associates work closely with partners and senior litigators, taking on substantive responsibility and contributing meaningfully to matters before federal and state courts.
Required qualifications include experience in complex litigation at a large law firm, and a demonstrated interest in a tort-focused practice, with prior tort litigation experience considered a plus.
