Experience is necessary with credit, cash waterfall, and security documentation.
Core competence includes expertise with diligence of large renewable and conventional power, infrastructure, and energy projects.
Strong applicants will have substantial experience running closings for project finance and acquisition (leveraged) finance transactions in power, infrastructure, and energy, as well as related bid and commitment papers.
A blend of lender and sponsor side experience is a benefit, including experience with tax equity financings and other financings for renewables, transportation infrastructure, and conventional power generation.
Experience with ISDA, EEI, and other similar enabling documentation will be favorably considered.
