Los Angeles - Lateral Attorney

Work within the Intellectual Property practice group based in Los Angeles, CA. The group represents and advises companies on intellectual property litigation including patent, copyright infringement, trade-secret misappropriation, and trademark infringement.

This is a Partner-level opportunity. You will focus on representing and advising companies in intellectual property litigation matters.

• Managing IP litigation cases, including both patent and trademark matters.
• Drafting dispositive motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Supervising discovery proceedings, including document review and production.
• Drafting expert reports for damages and infringement issues, and preparing infringement and invalidity contentions.
• Taking and defending depositions, and preparing witnesses for jury trials.
• Supporting jury trials, bench trials, and hearings.
• Supporting client engagement activities.

• Juris Doctor or LL.M. degree, or foreign equivalent.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
• Five years of experience as an Associate, Law Clerk, or a related role focusing on litigation matters.
• Demonstrated experience in IP litigation and jury trial.
