Overview

  • Serve as a Knowledge Management (KM) Associate for the Capital Markets practice group, collaborating closely with the KM Partner and practice attorneys.
  • Develop and execute a KM strategy focused on four core functions: training and development, substantive communications, knowledge resources, and innovation.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered tools and workflows for Capital Markets attorneys and clients, including translating existing legal resources into AI-ready formats and driving adoption of new AI platforms.
  • Manage the Capital Markets training curriculum, identify attorney training needs, and contribute to firm-wide attorney development programs.
  • Monitor legal and market developments (e.g., SEC guidance, Delaware law, corporate governance) to prepare timely updates for attorneys, firm publications, client alerts, and business development materials.
  • Create and maintain essential knowledge resources, including standard forms, client-ready materials, and the Capital Markets practice resource page.
  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of professional legal practice experience in securities law, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance.
  • Possess excellent working knowledge of the 33 Act, 34 Act, Delaware law, corporate governance norms, and experience with various equity and debt offerings (e.g., IPOs, follow-ons, high-yield, investment grade).
  • Essential skills include strong drafting, written and oral communication, project management, and a genuine interest in AI and legal technology with a willingness to develop hands-on fluency in prompt design and workflow architecture. Prior AI experience is not required.
