Overview

  • Serve as a Knowledge Management (KM) Associate within the Capital Markets practice group.
  • Develop and execute KM strategies covering attorney training, substantive communications, knowledge resources, and innovation.
  • Lead the integration of Capital Markets legal expertise into AI-powered tools and workflows, including prompt architecture and structured knowledge systems.
  • Oversee the Capital Markets training curriculum, audit existing programs, create new offerings, and collaborate on firm-wide training initiatives.
  • Identify and disseminate legal and market developments, such as new SEC guidance, Delaware law, and corporate governance practices, through updates and publications.
  • Create and maintain common knowledge resources, including standard forms, client-ready materials, and the Capital Markets resource page.
  • Partner with Capital Markets attorneys and the firm's Office of Innovation on the design, development, and deployment of AI tools, leading adoption and contributing to AI fluency training.
  • Collaborate with Capital Markets attorneys, professional development, business development teams, firm-wide KM groups, and the Office of Innovation.
  • Requires at least 5 years of professional legal practice experience in securities law, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance.
  • Possess excellent working knowledge of the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Delaware law, and corporate governance norms, with familiarity in equity and debt offerings and a willingness to expand knowledge to other deal types.
  • Demonstrate strong drafting, written and oral communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Exhibit a genuine interest in AI and legal technology, including comfort with current AI platforms and a willingness to develop hands-on fluency in AI workflow design.
