Overview

  • Serve as a Knowledge Management Associate within the Capital Markets group, responsible for developing and implementing strategies across attorney training, substantive communications, knowledge resources, and innovation.
  • A primary and growing dimension of the role involves translating Capital Markets expertise into AI-powered tools and workflows, requiring engagement with prompt architecture and structured knowledge systems.
  • Oversee and continuously update the Capital Markets training curriculum, create new training programs based on attorney needs and legal developments, and collaborate on firm-wide training initiatives.
  • Identify and disseminate timely updates on legal and market developments, including new SEC guidance, Delaware law, corporate governance practices, and market trends, through internal communications and client alerts.
  • Create and maintain common knowledge resources such as standard forms and client-ready materials, ensuring they are current and accessible.
  • Partner with attorneys to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered tools for Capital Markets practice, including translating existing knowledge resources into AI-ready formats and testing systems on active transactions.
  • Lead the adoption and rollout of new AI platforms within the Capital Markets group, track advances in AI capabilities, and contribute to attorney training programs focused on AI-assisted practice.
  • Minimum of five years of active legal practice experience in securities law, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance.
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Securities Act of 1933, Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Delaware corporate law, and corporate governance norms.
  • Familiarity with equity offerings (IPOs, follow-ons), debt offerings (high-yield, investment grade), and public company disclosure, with a willingness to expand knowledge to other deal types.
  • Strong drafting, written and oral communication, and project management skills are essential for managing multiple workstreams. A genuine interest in AI and legal technology is required, with a willingness to develop hands-on fluency in AI prompt design and workflow architecture.
  • The hiring salary range for this position is between $310,000 and $500,000.
