Overview

This is for an Investment Funds Regulatory Associate role.
You will join the regulatory practice within the Investment Funds Group, focusing on SEC rules and compliance.
Core responsibilities include assisting fund sponsors with fundraising, transactions, and navigating SEC examination and enforcement matters.
Specific work involves drafting and reviewing offering materials, fund governing documents, and SEC filings.
You will also advise clients on compliance with applicable rules and regulations, and respond to examinations.
Candidates must have 1-3 years of investment funds-related regulatory experience, preferably gained at a global law firm.
Strong familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 is required; familiarity with the Investment Company Act of 1940 and Securities Act of 1933 is preferred.
Admission to practice in the District of Columbia is required.
The hiring salary range for this position is between $225,000 and $260,000, which does not represent the full compensation range.
