Serve as a Knowledge Management (KM) Associate for the Capital Markets practice, collaborating with the Capital Markets KM Partner and attorneys.
Develop and execute the Capital Markets KM strategy across training, substantive communications, knowledge resources, and innovation, with significant AI integration.
Translate Capital Markets legal expertise into AI-powered tools and workflows, focusing on prompt architecture, agentic workflows, and structured knowledge systems.
Oversee the Capital Markets training curriculum, including auditing existing offerings, creating new programs, and collaborating on firm-wide training initiatives.
Monitor legal and market developments (e.g., SEC guidance, Delaware law, corporate governance practices) to prepare and disseminate timely updates, firm publications, and client alerts.
Create and maintain essential knowledge resources such as standard forms, off-the-shelf client-ready materials, and the Capital Markets resource page.
Requires at least 5 years of professional legal practice experience in securities law, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance.
Must possess excellent working knowledge of the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Delaware law, and corporate governance norms, including familiarity with equity and debt offerings.
Strong drafting, written, and oral communication skills are essential, along with demonstrated project management and organizational abilities.
Genuine interest in AI and legal technology is required, including comfort with current AI platforms and a willingness to develop hands-on fluency in prompt design and AI workflow architecture.
