Ed was absolutely fantastic. When I was strongly considering new employment, Ed reached out and explained a new opportunity to me. He provided great insight into the firm, was very responsive and courteous throughout the entire process, and really went to bat for me during the negotiations. Moreover, his prep for the multiple interviews was key to focusing on what the firm was looking for and really gave me an edge and comfortability going in to those meetings. Beyond the substantive work, I think what sets Ed really apart is the time he took to slow things down and make sure that I was comfortable with the move and that the position was right for me, which I really appreciated. In the end, I got the job and I am very happy with the decision and I don't think I would be here without Ed's help. I can't recommend him enough!
