  • Corporate Associate within the Data & Technology Transactions practice.
  • Locations available in Washington D.C., Los Angeles, and New York.
  • Seeking an associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience, targeting the 4th to 7th year associate class.
  • The role focuses on advising clients on complex technology contracts, data strategies, IP asset maximization, and regulatory compliance for technology and data.
  • Requires specific experience with technology licensing, development agreements, consulting services, distribution agreements, strategic alliances, website/mobile application licenses, and terms of use.
  • Must also have experience advising on intellectual property, technology, and data aspects of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, investments, financing, asset commercialization, and complex carve-outs.
  • Annual base salaries range from $225,000 (Class of 2026) to $435,000 (Class of 2018), with discretionary bonuses available.
