I highly recommend Alan. He listened to my specific wants and preferences and tailored his suggestions for me. He took all the stress out of the lateral process and was a useful sounding board as I considered the next move. His deep knowledge of the various firms and practice groups within the firms was a real difference maker for me.

Ed went above and beyond helping me find a new position. I don’t think I would have been hired without his help updating my resume, preparing for interviews and researching the target firm. What I really appreciated was that I never felt pressured to take a position that wasn’t right for me. He felt like an advisor, not a salesman, which is a hugely important quality in a recruiter.
