Kate helped me find a new job even when I felt I was an under-qualified candidate. I was not hopeful at all I would find something I wanted or liked. She was honest about my chances from the beginning which really helped manage my expectations. I changed directions a couple times with where I wanted to be located and this was no problem for Kate. She really listened to what I was looking for and used my feedback to find interesting opportunities. Throughout the interview process, she would always check in. And even during onboarding she would check in to ask if I needed anything. Kate helped me find a job that I both wanted and liked! Ed was absolutely fantastic. When I was strongly considering new employment, Ed reached out and explained a new opportunity to me. He provided great insight into the firm, was very responsive and courteous throughout the entire process, and really went to bat for me during the negotiations. Moreover, his prep for the multiple interviews was key to focusing on what the firm was looking for and really gave me an edge and comfortability going in to those meetings. Beyond the substantive work, I think what sets Ed really apart is the time he took to slow things down and make sure that I was comfortable with the move and that the position was right for me, which I really appreciated.
