Overview

The role involves handling all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
While insurance defense experience is preferred, the firm also considers attorneys with excellent skills in any substantive litigation arena.
The General Liability Practice represents defendants in significant exposure cases across numerous general liability areas, providing defense for property and personal injury claims for insured or self-insured businesses and individuals.
The practice excels in the litigation and trial of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases.
This position is offered under a hybrid work model.
