Overview

The role requires strong research and writing skills.
The work involves handling all phases of insurance defense litigation, employment law, and products liability matters, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
Lewis Brisbois' General Liability Practice represents defendants in significant exposure cases, including property and personal injury claims for businesses and individuals (insured or self-insured), and excels in the litigation and trial of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases.
This is a hybrid work position.
