Candidate will analyze insurance coverage and prepare coverage opinions for first party property and general liability matters.
Role requires litigation experience, including taking depositions, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions.
The firm's Insurance Coverage Practice interprets various contracts and represents insurers in complex coverage claims, encompassing monitoring, mediations, arbitrations, and declaratory relief litigation in state and federal courts.
The practice serves primary and excess insurers, reinsurers, third-party administrators, managing general agents, insurance brokers and agents, and independent adjustment companies.
While insurance law experience is preferred, the firm is open to talented attorneys with substantive litigation experience in any arena and a demonstrated interest in insurance law.
This position operates under a hybrid work arrangement.
