The role requires litigation experience, including taking depositions, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions.
The firm's Insurance Coverage Practice focuses on interpreting contracts and representing insurers in complex coverage claims, which may include monitoring, mediations, arbitrations, and declaratory relief litigation in state and federal courts.
The practice represents clients such as primary and excess insurers, reinsurers, third-party administrators, managing general agents, insurance brokers and agents, and independent adjustment companies.
The firm is interested in talented attorneys with substantive litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in insurance law, even if they do not have prior direct insurance law experience.
