The role requires litigation experience, including taking depositions, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions.
The firm's Insurance Coverage Practice interprets contracts and represents primary and excess insurers, reinsurers, third-party administrators, managing general agents, insurance brokers and agents, and independent adjustment companies in complex coverage claims.
This representation includes monitoring, mediations, arbitrations, and declaratory relief litigation in state and federal courts throughout the United States.
The firm is also interested in candidates with substantive litigation experience in any arena who have a demonstrated interest in insurance law.
The role is designated as hybrid.
