Overview

Experience is required in all phases of products liability litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials, alongside strong research and writing skills.
Lewis Brisbois' Products Liability Practice Group has developed one of the nation's strongest and most diversified departments, emphasizing trial counsel in federal and state courts and serving as regional or national coordinating counsel.
The Products Liability Practice Group represents manufacturers, distributors, and retailers across a wide variety of products, serving clients in sectors such as automotive, chemical, industrial machinery, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, food processing, and consumer products.
While products liability experience is preferred, the firm is also interested in developing talented attorneys with excellent skills in any litigation arena and a demonstrated interest in products liability law.
The role offers a hybrid work arrangement.
