Overview

Experience is required across all phases of products liability litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials, with strong research and writing skills.
The firm's products liability department acts as trial counsel in federal and state courts and serves as regional or national coordinating counsel.
The Products Liability Practice Group represents manufacturers, distributors, and retailers regarding a wide variety of products, with major areas involving the automotive industry, chemical companies, manufacturers of industrial machinery, medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, food processors and retailers, and consumer products manufacturers.
While products liability law experience is preferred, the firm is also interested in candidates with excellent skills in any litigation arena and a demonstrated interest in products liability law.
This role involves a hybrid work arrangement.
