Overview

The role involves comprehensive engagement in toxic tort and environmental litigation, encompassing case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
Lewis Brisbois' Toxic Tort & Environmental Practice represents a diverse client base including generators, landowners, municipalities, and site operators, from multi-national corporations to local family-owned companies. The practice covers state, federal, and administrative hearings and trials, including Superfund multi-site litigation and coordinated Federal Multi-District Litigation.
The firm frequently serves as National Counsel in mass tort and products liability litigation, with experience in matters such as asbestos cases, automotive litigation, and dietary supplements.
While prior experience in toxic tort and environmental law is preferred, strong litigation skills from any practice area coupled with a demonstrated interest in toxic tort and environmental law will be considered.
