Overview

The role involves all phases of toxic tort and environmental litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
Lewis Brisbois' practice handles state, federal, and administrative hearings and trials, including Superfund multi-site litigation and coordinated Federal Multi-District Litigation.
The practice represents a diverse client base including generators, landowners, municipalities, site operators, individuals, partnerships, closely held corporations, Fortune 500 companies, governmental agencies, manufacturing, real estate development companies, and foreign and domestic insurance carriers.
The firm frequently acts as National Counsel in mass tort and products liability litigation, including asbestos, automotive (rollover cases), and dietary supplements (e.g., L-Tryptophan, ephedra).
The firm considers candidates with substantive litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in toxic tort and environmental law, even if they lack direct toxic tort and environmental law experience.
This is a hybrid role.
