The role encompasses all phases of toxic tort and environmental litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
The practice represents clients in state, federal, and administrative hearings and trials, handling matters such as Superfund multi-site litigation and coordinated Federal Multi-District Litigation.
The firm advises a diverse client base in toxic tort and environmental matters, ranging from individuals and family-owned companies to multi-national corporations and Fortune 500 companies, including generators, landowners, municipalities, site operators, governmental agencies, manufacturing, real estate development companies, and various insurance carriers.
Lewis Brisbois is frequently selected as National Counsel for mass tort and products liability litigation, addressing cases in areas like asbestos, automotive litigation (rollover cases), and dietary supplements.
