Overview

The role involves all phases of toxic tort and environmental litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
The practice handles state, federal, and administrative hearings and trials, including Superfund multi-site litigation and coordinated Federal Multi-District Litigation.
The practice represents a diverse range of clients, including generators, landowners, municipalities, site operators, individuals, partnerships, closely held corporations, Fortune 500 companies, governmental agencies, manufacturing and real estate development companies, and foreign and domestic insurance carriers.
The firm frequently serves as National Counsel in mass tort and products liability litigation, handling matters such as asbestos cases, automotive litigation (rollover cases), and dietary supplements.
The firm is open to candidates with substantive litigation experience from any arena who demonstrate a genuine interest in toxic tort and environmental law, even if they lack direct prior experience in this specific field.
