The firm represents a diverse client base in toxic tort and environmental matters, including generators, landowners, municipalities, site operators, individuals, partnerships, closely held corporations, Fortune 500 companies, foreign and domestic companies, governmental agencies, manufacturing, real estate development companies, and foreign and domestic insurance carriers.
The firm frequently acts as National Counsel in mass tort and products liability litigation, covering areas such as asbestos cases, automotive litigation (rollover cases), and dietary supplements.
Candidates with substantive litigation experience in other areas are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate a strong interest in toxic tort and environmental law.
