The firm's asbestos litigation practice represents clients in state and federal courts nationwide, serving as national coordinating, regional, and local counsel for defendants including manufacturers, distributors, contractors, premises owners, and entities in industries such as shipbuilding, energy, education, and construction.
While toxic tort litigation experience is preferred, the firm is also open to talented attorneys with substantive litigation experience in any litigation arena who demonstrate an interest in toxic tort law.
