Littler CaseSmart Counsel, Charges attorneys are responsible for defending administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters from investigation through conclusion, involving drafting position statements, responding to agency requests for information, and representing clients in settlement negotiations and remote mediations.
The position requires familiarity and experience with administrative agency charges at both federal and state levels, preferably on the management side, and specific experience drafting persuasive position statements and representing clients at hearings and/or mediations.
This is a full-time, remote position with a reduced billable hours requirement, no obligation for business-related travel, and no required business development.
Candidates must hold an active bar license in their state of residence and be called to the bar in any Canadian province, with Ontario preferred.
