First-year Associate position within the Finance practice.
Role is available in either the Charlotte or New York office.
Requires 0-1 years of legal experience (JD 2025 or 2026).
Responsibilities include supporting a wide range of finance transactions, such as structured finance, securitization, fund finance, leveraged finance, and secured/unsecured lending.
Work involves complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bi-lateral financings, SPV financing facilities, warehouse financing, and acquisition financings.
Candidates must possess strong law school academic credentials.
A demonstrated interest in finance law and sophisticated finance transactions is required.
The base salary for this position is $225,000 to $235,000.
