Draft high volumes of structured note pricing supplements daily for internal review, client approval, and SEC filing.
Assist attorneys with the closing of securities offerings across various industries, including financial, life sciences, and technology sectors.
Prepare and file SEC documentation, including pricing supplements, term sheets, and prospectus supplements.
Handle general corporate and finance tasks such as preparing and filing DTC Letters of Representation and CUSIP applications.
Obtain information and certified filings from state and federal government agencies, including Good Standing Certificates and Charter Documents.
Work independently with clients, manage offering timelines, and ensure all client and SEC filing deadlines are met.
Requires a Bachelor's degree; 0-2 years of experience in financial markets is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; training will be provided for SEC filings, coordinating with financial printers, and using a Bloomberg Terminal.
Must be a self-starter with strong initiative, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and capable of managing multiple projects under pressure.
