This position is for a Senior Associate or Counsel in the Real Estate practice at Mayer Brown's San Francisco office.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of post-JD experience (JD 2020 or earlier).
The practice handles a broad range and high volume of commercial real estate transactions.
This includes representing institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds throughout the investment cycle.
The role also involves sophisticated commercial lending transactions.
Significant experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings is required.
Experience with joint ventures is a plus.
The base salary range for this role is $365,000 to $435,000, with actual compensation adjusted based on skills and experience.
