Overview

Associate position within the Environmental and Mass Tort Department based in Atlanta.
Provide guidance to clients on environmental law matters across air, water, and land media.
Work involves counseling, negotiations, and litigation in environmental enforcement and regulatory matters.
Requires 3-4 years of experience with environmental regulations and regulators.
Must have substantive experience handling matters under major federal environmental regulatory programs.
Prior experience with state or federal environmental agencies is a plus.
A degree in environmental studies or a related field, or a demonstrated interest in environmental law, is preferred.
Required to be admitted to the Georgia Bar.
Will leverage innovative technology platforms, including Harvey AI, for research, document drafting, and analytical work.
Compensation includes a base salary, opportunities for hours and merit bonuses, and billable credit for pro bono work.
