In preparing for my lateral move, I had a lot of questions about the logistics of the process and how to prepare for interviews. Khurram was very helpful during the experience because he was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable on the lateral market. His advice and guidance made the experience very smooth and his positivity throughout made the transition much less daunting. I would not have been able to make the move without his help!
