Work involves strategic advisory, risk assessment, transactional counseling, and crisis management in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.
Responsibilities include counseling clients on workplace policies, employment compliance, employee relations (including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour issues), and restrictive covenant and wage misclassification issues.
Lead employment-related due diligence in corporate and private equity transactions, encompassing risk identification, prioritization of risks, development of practical mitigation strategies, and supervision of junior associates.
Independently manage complex employment matters and transactional workstreams.
Advise senior executives and corporate leadership on sensitive personnel, leadership transition, and governance issues where discretion and strategic judgment are essential.
