Overview

Financial Regulatory Associate position based in Atlanta.
Join the Financial Services and Securities Enforcement Department.
Advise clients on cutting-edge payments products, money transmission, licensing, and intellectual property matters.
Represent clients in state and federal regulatory inquiries, rulemakings, and legislative affairs.
Counsel on compliance obligations for domestic and international markets.
Handle consumer protection matters, including FCRA, FDCPA, ECOA, SCRA, MLA, TILA, EFTA, GLBA, and TCPA.
Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience, including an understanding of fintech clients and payment products.
Candidates must possess a strong academic record, excellent writing and oral communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.
Georgia Bar admission is required.
Compensation includes salary, hours and merit bonus opportunities, and billable hour credit for pro bono work.
