Join the Financial Services and Securities Enforcement practice group.
Represent clients in regulatory matters across the financial services sector, focusing on cutting-edge payments products, state/federal inquiries, rulemakings, and money transmission.
Advise on licensing, product counseling, and compliance obligations for domestic and international markets.
Handle consumer protection matters, including specific expertise in FCRA, FDCPA, ECOA, SCRA, MLA, TILA, EFTA, GLBA, and TCPA.
Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience, including an understanding of fintech clients and payment products.
Strong academic record, excellent writing, and oral communication skills are essential.
Must be admitted to the Texas Bar.
