Financial Regulatory Associate position based in McGuireWoods' Baltimore office.
Focus on financial services and securities enforcement matters.
Advise clients on payments products, money transmission, and fintech.
Represent clients in state and federal regulatory inquiries, rulemakings, and licensing.
Provide product counseling and ensure compliance with domestic and international financial regulations.
Handle consumer protection matters including FCRA, FDCPA, ECOA, SCRA, MLA, TILA, EFTA, GLBA, and TCPA.
Requires 3-5 years of relevant financial regulatory experience.
Mandatory Maryland Bar admission.
Candidates must possess a strong academic record, excellent writing and oral communication skills, and robust interpersonal abilities.
Salary range: $260,000 - $365,000.
Eligible for hours and merit-based bonus opportunities.
Billable hours credit provided for pro bono work.
This is a hybrid work position.
