Represent clients in consumer protection matters, including those related to FCRA, FDCPA, ECOA, SCRA, MLA, TILA, EFTA, GLBA, and TCPA.
Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial regulation, fintech, and consumer protection law.
Demonstrated understanding of fintech clients and payment products is essential.
Must possess a strong academic record, excellent writing and oral communication skills, and effective interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.
North Carolina Bar admission is required.
