Financial Regulatory Associate position based in Tysons, Virginia.
Requires 3-5 years of experience in financial services regulatory law.
Advise clients on cutting-edge payment products, money transmission, licensing, and product counseling.
Handle state and federal regulatory inquiries, rulemakings, and compliance obligations in domestic and international markets.
Represent clients in consumer protection matters, including FCRA, FDCPA, ECOA, SCRA, MLA, TILA, EFTA, GLBA, and TCPA.
Experience with fintech clients and payment products is essential.
Work includes lobbying, legislative affairs, and intellectual property matters within financial services.
Strong academic record, excellent writing and oral communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
Willingness to leverage innovative legal technology platforms, including AI tools for research and drafting.
Virginia Bar admission is required.
Billable hours credit is provided for pro bono work.
